I’ve been going back & forth for weeks now with the donkeys over at PayPal support. Basicly I have integrated payouts for my affiliators with the Paypal Payouts api. Got everything working in sandbox mode but now I am not able to get a live key from them as it seems they have stopped the support for that specific api.
