Here are couple of ways to earn from

1. Connect job seekers with the companies and work as a recruitment farm. But as a solo dev with a full time job, it's kinda impossible for me to do the same.
2. Sell job ads. That's the most basic thing, but as only 3000 people visits my site monthly, the companies do not find interesting to post job ads here. But it's possible.
