Hey ya’ll got an email issue.
A client just told me that their Mailchimp account has been suspended. In mailchimp’s words
“the content associated with your industry conflicts with our Acceptable Use Policy (mailchimp.com/legal/acceptable_use) or presents a significant risk to our deliverability.”
The industry is NFTs and Web 3.0.
Anyone met this issue before? Can it be resolved with mailchimp or do we need to find another email provider?

Hey @Robbie King you can try contacting Mailchimp and ask them for more details about the suspension and how you can recover the account.
That is usually how I deal with this sort of situation.
