product to do what exactly? If you are looking for a no code way to build a demo from an existing software product these guys are great. https://www.demostack.com/ Or are you looking for production software to record a demo?

@James Davis I'd like to host live software demo webinars. Looks like demostack has that capability

@James Davis thanks. Let me chat with my team, do you have an idea on price range for the live demo version? We're an early stage startup, keeping an eye on the bottom line.

@Jana Bramwell these are not inexpensive by any stretch. For an annual platform subscription it was 25k for the year, then ~$50/mo for 5 users.
If you are post revenue and bootstrapping, once you get over the stick shock, to use this verses to have to develop a "demo" version might cost you more for the year. I found demostack incredibly versatile and highly recommend getting a demo. It would cost you 2-3 months of not only dev time costs but resource time to do a demo. The tool they have creates a replica of your app in minutes. Brilliant actually.

@Jana Bramwell we just started using Storylane.io and they are significantly less than this (esp with a startup discount) and their tools seem pretty robust

That looks like a great tool @Erin McCune and quite the price differential. Really makes me wonder why such a wide gap in pricing.

I haven't used the other one, so I can't speak to the differences (sorry) but I'm happy to chat with you about what I like and what's been frustrating so far (it's only been a couple of days, in full disclosure)
