Hello! Because I find solutions like Zendesk and Intercom a little too expensive, do you think I should build my own, or just bear with the costs of these tools? 🤔

We went for this solution because it seemed like a valuable add-on to our existing product, which we sell and don't only use ourselves. We (and our customers) use it both for internal communication within the organization and communication with external clients. So the use case might be a little different from what you are seeking. Our existing tool allows us to handle feedback quite seamlessly - assigning issues to teams or individuals and setting up task workflows that the external client doesn't necessarily need to see.

I've been experimenting with Zendesk and HubSpot too. It's not only expensive but also inflexible. Are you building a SaaS product?

@Surya Yadav I am just gathering some feedback for now.. I really like the idea of building a SaaS product that can compete with Zendesk etc. and have lot's of ideas on features I can implement for it to be unique but I have a lot on my plate right now and I have no time to build something like that. I will consider it in the future though!
