Hey everyone, We're considering launching EQUP(https://equp.com) on Appsumo Select and would love to hear your insights and experiences. We're offering an all-in-one CRM solution with features like email/sms/whatsapp marketing, workflow automation, pipeline management, communication channels (email, sms, in-app calling, WhatsApp), landing pages, forms, website tracking script, lead scoring, billing, recurring payments, and industry-specific solutions for Service, Ecommerce, and SaaS industries. We have a few concerns and would appreciate your thoughts: 1. Appsumo only offers a lifetime deal, and providing ongoing support and updates for a one-time payment can be challenging. Have you had experience working with Appsumo for a similar product? How did you handle long-term support and feature enhancements? 2. We anticipate a high influx of users, potentially exceeding 1000+ within a short period. Managing support for a large user base while providing extensive features can be demanding. Have you faced similar challenges? Any tips or best practices for effectively supporting a rapidly growing user community? 3. Despite having a robust system with comprehensive features, we understand that negative reviews can still occur. How have you managed negative reviews in the past? Any strategies or approaches that have worked well for you Additionally, we would like to hear your thoughts on Appsumo overall. Is it worth it to launch our product on Appsumo? What are the benefits and potential drawbacks you've experienced? We value your insights and appreciate any advice you can share. Your contributions and perspectives are highly valued, and we look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your time and input!

my advice would be to start with a higher price to manage a lot of these potential negative outcomes. You can always lower the offer to get more users, but if you start higher, you'll control the inflow in a more manageable way.

We ran a campaign on Appsumo for finclout.io and were impressed by the professionalism and traffic that Appsumo would provide. Lessons learned : Only lifetime deals work on Appsumo. All other deals on the platform yielded 0 purchases. As mentioned, have the price at a point that makes sense for you. User feedback from refunds is super valuable. Don't forget to read it and learn from it. Engaging with customers in Q&A on Appsumo is really useful as well. So in general, a positive experience. In opposite to Pitchground, I would recommend Appsumo.
