Some useful alternatives for other categories in there 👌 I always recommend Postmark for transactional emails, as long as the developer doesn’t need a WYSIWYG email builder. Deliverability is great, and support is top-notch. What about social media hyping? I’ve used CoSchedule and just about to try Hypefury instead.

I would also consider www.tracardi.com as an open source customer data platform and customer journey Automator. It is a nice tool to auto collect customer data and use it with external ML tools.
