Hey everyone! We have an annual event at our company Data 360 where we train those young and old, ages 15 to 50 (really 80) on how to use advanced technologies in a fun and innovative format called Hip Hop Hackathon. Share with friends, family, youth and anyone who is looking to get a 5 or 6 figure entry level job or advance their career or business with the world's leading media, tech and corporate organizations. We're having career events starting this Wednesday, July 12. Register for all events on Luma. There are three total events in July, a world Hip Hop Day on August 9 and the prep and hackathon August 11-25 on Discord. Plus some surprises to come! Prizes include $30,000 in software, $100 Amazon Gift Cards and prizes from a NFL team, Adidas and Dolby (to be announced)! We help place participants in jobs, apprenticeships and internships at the top companies in the world after the hackathon is over! Here's more about the event series and competition: We are thrilled to invite you to the Hip Hop Hackathon, a groundbreaking event that brings together creators, makers, and changemakers who are shaping the future of technology and culture. This is an opportunity for artists and creators from all walks of life to leverage their unique talents and expertise to build innovative solutions to real-world problems. The Hip Hop Hackathon is not just limited to the pillars of rap, dance, and technology. We believe that every individual has the potential to combine their talents across a multitude of disciplines and empower the culture in profound ways. The Hip Hop Hackathon is a unique event series and competition that will provide a platform for individuals from different backgrounds to use their technology skills and creativity to archive Hip Hop landmarks around the world using Google Maps and Google Assistant to gain key tech and creative skills that will prepare participants for 5 or 6 figure entry level jobs or help them advance in their current careers or businesses with newer skills required in the age of data, AI and other newer technologies. Guest speakers from Hip Hop Education Center include trailblazing artists and technologists: Paul DEO, Simone Berry (People of Crypto), Whitney Taber (Girls Make Beats), and Idris Brewster (Kinfolk). In collaboration with Dolby Impact Labs, Hip-Hop Education Center will introduce Dolby engineers as well as Hip-Hop Producers Elai Tubo (Eric B & Rakim, Run DMC), GrandMixer DXT (Hebrew Hancock, and NAMM 2023 Innovator Award Recipient). This year marks the 50th anniversary of the birth of Hip Hop, and Hip Hop Hackathon is proud to be part of the celebration. With this event, we hope to honor the legacy of Hip Hop by continuing to push the boundaries of what's possible in music and technology.
