Hi all, I recently launched a user feedback chatbot SaaS called realfeedback.co and wanted to test demand with search ads. As I'm not a PPC expert, I set up basic keywords like "user feedback tool" and was surprised to see high numbers after just a few days: • 15% click-through rate • 5.7% conversion rate (including free plans) Should these early results make me optimistic about product-market fit? Or is this too little data to draw conclusions from yet?

Could you share more context for us to provide a more informed opinion? E.g. 15% click-through on 1k search impressions is a decent signal that your marketing messaging appeals to potential users Generally speaking, imo, you can gauge PMF based on one of these 3 signals: 1. Are users willing to pay for your product? 2. Are users spending significant time using your product? 3. Are users telling others about your product without incentives?

Thanks for the advice, Randy, it's hugely appreciated! I know it is still in a very early stage. There have been 41 clicks and 266 impressions so far. I know there is a long way to go and I am trying to focus on the metrics you mentioned.

My pleasure! Good luck with it and enjoy the process šŸ™ŒšŸ¼
