Hey folks! Would love some feedback/advice on scalable sales strategies specifically from an agency perspective.
I run a
custom software dev agency and am always looking to expand our sales pipeline. The vast majority of my clients come from word of mouth, professional network, referrals, and SEO. Aside from
UpWork, what other short to mid-term sales strategies & resources do y’all find helpful? I’d love to double down on something like UpWork but the quality and efficacy of the projects and clients here just isn’t the same as it used to be. 🤑 I want to focus my sales and marketing efforts specifically on folks actively in the market for software development resources.
Does anyone have any other recommendations? What’s worked well for you in the past? I’m always down to jump on a video call to talk shop and collaborate. 🤝 Feel free to shoot me a DM. Thanks!
