Looking to go all-in on growing my client’s SaaS affiliate program. I know it takes a lot of work and I’ve been researching this a ton, but all I find are “How to grow your SaaS’ affiliate program” articles which are mainly high-level, fluffy blog articles stating the incredibly obvious without providing real steps/value. Is anyone familiar with a good course/program/article (free or paid) that really dives into the detailed steps around successfully growing a SaaS affiliate program. Looking to cut out some of the trial-and-error and learn from someone who’s been down this path already.
