Hi, Growth Marketing Pros community, Storytime! 🤓 Almost 1,5 years ago, my previous client recommended me to his friend, a CEO of a cyber-security US tech startup who had just closed a $55m series B funding round. He urgently needed a partner in Europe to build a team of Ruby developers to extend US work time by 4-6 hours. “Can you provide us with two developers in 3 weeks or less?“. I said, “Of course,” trusting my senses that I can leverage my professional network. So that’s what I did. I opened a company as a sole proprietor, and within a few months, it was growing fast, so I opened an LLC. By networking more and more, the team of developers grew from 2 to 7.

Then suddenly, in March, on a cold Wednesday at 9 p.m., I received a call from my business partner for whom we were doing a complete React Native app rewrite who said, “I have a big project for a reputable German client, but we don’t have the bandwidth to take it. Can you build a team of developers, designer, QA and project manager?“. “When do you need to know,” I said. “By tomorrow morning”. Shocked, I said, “You can count us in.”

That night, I called probably everyone I could think of, friends and friends of friends, telling them to join us on a fantastic project we’d create from scratch. Luckily, I managed to get on board one of my friends, who’s an absolute master in JS development, and he brought on a few more senior-level guys to the team. 👉 In the next few days, we started what is now an alliance of experts and truly amazing, dedicated, and caring developers, UX/UI designers, and PMs. From our humble beginnings to a team of 18 and going strong, I’ve finally tasked our PM and designers to create a new website that represents what we are. Not just your typical JS/Ruby/Python/etc. web & mobile agency, but a team of people who share the same values: 1. Transparency, 2. Quality, 3. Communication, 4. and Reliability. And with a combined power of 50+ successful projects done in the past within industries such as fintech, real estate, direct sales, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and CAD software, the learning curve for each new project is getting lower. We stumble upon difficulties all the time. But our passion for building top-notch products is what drives us to find the answers, to explore new options, and shows our willingness to go above and beyond for our clients. That is what we bring to the table. We don’t just write code and build great apps.
