Hey Everyone, did anyone here use ads to drive clients for their agency in the past? If so, what kind of ads? Context: We used to never do active marketing or sales for ReactSquad.io , but decided to work on it so that we can (try) to scale. In the last 6 months we tried cold outbound, but if I now calculate "cost per lead" I am landing around 500-1000€ per call booked, with 0 closes so far and 3 deals "in talks" that could maybe close beginning of next year. If any of those deals would close we would be ROI positiv, but the cost per call booked feels crazy high 😄

I have some experience, with agencies but not for a software dev agency. Unfortunately, there’s no one campaign template that fits all requirements. And I’m sure React agencies need to communicate in a specific way. Running ads is using a paid distribution channel to communicate. So what you say is super important. The rest, the setup, a lot of people can help with.
