Who is your customer and why should they use your VPN app? I think the core issue for you is (1) App Store Optimization, and (2) behavioural patters on the phone. Since 2008, I never had a the need for VPN on my phone. I use a VPN browser plugin occasionally

Thank you, yes we did ASO and fine tuning weekly. Still there is a big market on phone side as new users coming from different countries so we are trying to focus those areas such as Indonesia, Brazil, etc..

Thats a good point. India, Indonesia, etc markets are largely mobile first. Likely there is a market need. How did you validate if the product matches the need?
