Most companies (SMBs & Mid Size) use one of the following CRMs - Hubspot, Marketo, Active Campaign, Pipedrive, etc. (Some use Monday as well)
But I could see 190+ listed CRMs on G2 Crowd.
Curious to understand -
• How do the other CRMs compete against Free variants of HubSpot, or similar etc?
• What are the key differentiator or use cases to select a different CRM? (Apart from the one listed above)
Can be applicable to any other product, with a very crowded market?
