We collect your online returns from your doorstep and pay your refund instantly so that you never have to waste time in the post office queue again! 🍃 Causes I care about: As an avid landscape photographer, I developed a strong enthusiasm for environmental preservation. I’m trying to do my bit by giving away some of our profit to ocean and land preservation initiatives around the world. My goal is to create seamless & carbon-neutral online returns. 🎯 What a day in my life looks like: Wake at 5am, exercise, journal, read, breaky. I categorise my workday into blocks. I.e., Mon & Tue is talking to users day; my favourite! I spend half of my day outside of post offices speaking to people and getting their feedback about online returns and how they could be improved (fun fact, I actually grow my email list this way). At the end of the day, it’s time for the gym (and rehab since I recently f%#ked my ankle playing basketball) 😎 What makes me weird: I was born in Australia but grew up in Germany for the first 13 years of my life before moving back here at age 14.
