Anyone have experience using gong? https://www.gong.io/ I run a software consulting firm where we sell UI/UX, PMs, and Software Engineers "as a service" building out custom integrations and applications for companies. Wondering if anyone in a similar sector has used this and has thoughts on it. Hoping to improve the effectiveness of my sales team/find a tool to give them feedback and insights into how they are doing.

We use gong, and it has been able to give us a lot of insights, from the tone of the call, to insights on where the speaker was kickass vs where the speaker could have improved

I've used gong & chorus. I also ran partnerships at ZI prior to their acquisition of Chorus if you're looking for any competitive market analysis
