Hey, I need help. I am doing marketing for a repair management software, which is heavily focused on US market since it started. It's a leading brand in the niche.
Now, the company wants to foray into other markets like UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa.
But before investing much on marketing and software development side, they want to see whether we get any traction from these countries or not.
If yes, then they will spend on software development to tweak it for this market.
Any ideas, how can I validate the market for the company? It's my 7 month in this field and has taken up this project 🙂
Thanks in advance

Hey @Hassan Malik my advice will be for you to do competitive research on those markets and see what the competitors have been doing and what has been successful for them.
Second, try to find ways to get potential customers to give you some feedback on the software, I would suggest you to give them some sort of incentive so they can get on a call with you and give you some feedback, you can also try to get the to fill out a survey.
Let me know if this helped

Thank you @Stefan Despotovski the company did some interviews with a couple of customers, and they indicated that they need a slight tweaking in the current feature set.
In 12 days, we did the tweaking, and updated the website for organic leads.
