Greetings all: Rob Frankel of OneDayDecisions.com , which essentially replaces small claims and civil court in the USA with a 24/7 online system that allows plaintiff and defendant to accept settlement bids and get paid with in 10 business days — by credit card. You never have to go to a courthouse again. Defendant is guaranteed a discount on the case; Plaintiff gets a higher payment than court would provide. And nobody’s credit gets hurt. Over 85% of ALL civil cases never see a judge. This allows everyone to save time, money with no lawyers or judges. Cases settle for as little as $19. We have a 100% success/approval from customers who have engaged the service. Tried just about everything in terms of marketing and advertising. Now we’re convinced that what we really need (besides customers) is a serious partner to endorse and integrate us. Our proprietary settlement engine also works to cut first tier customer service issues by 50% to 75%, which is a major savings for retail companies. Interested in hearing any ideas, connections and possibilities you may offer.

This sounds really interesting!
Where are you trying to get to growth wise?

Well, the tech is complete and operational. If we stay organic — which is very slow — we’d like to see 100 cases a month — that’s only 3 to 4 cases a day — out of the millions that are filed every year. We just need to get traction.
If we were to link up with major partners, we could easily scale from there to thousands of cases per month.
We’re disrupting the legal system, much the way PayPal disrupted payments.
Deliberately not hip and slick looking because people don’t trust legal/money to fashion-looking sites. We tested it.

Hi Rob, I had a similar idea a while back called "Juree" (see rough website https://dcutler6.wixsite.com/juree/about) which was more about settling friendly arguments but included a "Tiny Claims Court". I never got it off the ground though, too busy as a cofounder in another startup. It's a great idea (if I must say so myself). I think your website needs to be more modern and dynamic though to give people more confidence in the process. Best of luck- Dave

Appreciate the comments. We actually tested various interfaces and this one worked best. We suspect it's because when it comes to court, people want/expect it to be less hip and more functional. Also, we have literally no issues with usage! In fact, we have a 100% success rate with engaged parties. Another issue is that this type of service isn't one of frequency: people don't use it weekly or monthly. But there are millions of cases filed every year on a one time basis, so what we need is for courts to recommend us the same way they pitch mediation and arbitration. If we could be on the courts' web page as an alternative, we'd be set!
