Hi There, I have recently updated my client website QuickHR sitemap https://quickhr.co/sitemap.xml My question is do I need to submit in search console to crawl this sitemap. By doing URL inspection it is showing as "URL is not on the Google". Appreciate your answers.

Yes, you need to post for google indexing, if you want to do it within hours. Else, Google crawlers visit the site every week or so, then it will be automatically indexed.

The website quickhr.co would need more frequent updation. There is a trick to check whether thee page is being indexed using google starch filters . See the attached screenshot and what I have highlighted in blue

@Parker Adam you need to to go GSC, look for sitemaps in the left sidebar and then submit your sitemap in there to be fetched. If there are only a couple pages you can directly put them into URL inspection tool to be fetched and then index them.
