Are there any good commission based Sales startups? We are looking for Audio sales folks for our startup but commission based

We are http://adorilabs.com/ and our product adds a layer of engagement to audio that makes it visual and interactive thus opening up new avenues for monetisation. We also allow converting Audio to Video and publishing it to youtube.

Looks great, so you are looking to sell to podcasters, do you believe paying a sales person or company can help you out. Why not partner up with popular podcasters and ask them to share your product? Like a referral program of sorts.

Yes we can look at that also .. But so far its not worked out for us. We have spent on sales but not generated enough sales from there. But if someone comes pre vetted and has done well we can look to pay as well

I believe the best thing to do is to figure out how you can sell it yourself without paying anyone first. After you close some clients then pay a sales agency or sales professionals so you can scale the sales process. But if you think sales agencies can help you out I would suggest contacting sales agencies and get on a call with them.

Makes sense trying to sell it ourselves now. Sales agency that we had bled out our money but did not translate to much sales.

Got it, Maybe a better way is to employ a sales person to work for you. Most sales agencies are shady. I would say find a person who will be committed to your company and who truly likes and believes in your product, that would be the best sales person for you specifically.
