I founded and ran a mobile and web application development company for 10 years. It was acquired by a AI services firm where I was involved in making sure our enterprise customer projects were delivered on time.

hirevire.com that allows busy founders and small teams who’re hiring - to collect answers from candidates to screening questions (video/files/text).
As a founder who ran a small company for 10 years, I know that great team members are very hard to find. You have to wade through a lot of resumes, call folks when they have the time to talk, then repeat yourself over and over with the same “pitch”.
Hirevire helps you:
- Ask the same questions to all the candidates.
- Allow candidates to records video answers - to find really passionate candidates easily.
- Passive screening - instead of actively spending the time calling, send out a template reply to an application with a link. Check responses once a day, instead of finding the right time to call candidates when they’re free.
I’m trying to make this “screening” process better. There’s no AI, this is not a replacement for traditional interviews.
