Hi everyone, I am working on a website that allows influencers accept gifts from their fans. Does anyone here can help me where I can find instagram/twitter influencers to talk to? DM’ing them directly from profile is not possible and also don’t want to get blocked from these platforms. Do anyone know if there are facebook groups/reddit communities or something similar where influencers hang out? Any help would be highly appreciated! I am a technical guy trying to learn to market. Thanks!

I would reach out through talent agencies, and artist management agencies. And find a few figures to focus on who connect with the influencers you want to reach. Pitch your idea to their agent, then cut them into the deal(s) of later figures they refer.

Curious, as to why DM-ing them directly from their profile, or emailing them from the info provided in their link-in-bio resources was not possible/successful? Cause influencers and their team (either their managers or agencies) are always looking out for interesting deals, biz and collab opportunities

Yea, you wouldn’t get “kicked out” or removed from the platform UNLESS a large number of folks you DM-ed ended up reporting you as spam or blocking you. So optimise your cold outreaches with sincerity, friendliness, and clear business intent. Reduce links, copy-pasting templates, and customise your cold DM messages to make them more personal and relevant for your recipients.

Most influencers are looking for partners that can help them out in some way. So don't be afraid to reach out to them directly. Of course be sincere and friendly when you contact them. @Vijay kumar
