Hello, are there any NEW “next generation” CRM/marketing automation tools coming out there? I’ve been using multiple CRMs for years like Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Hubspot etc.. But these solutions have been there for some time now, and usually “next generation” tools start to replace these at some points. Now I’m looking for CRM for health startup building a B2C mobile app. And sure, I can go with Active Campaign that is my favourite, but it’s so slow to use cuz you can use it SO MANY WAYs (you can customize it almost anything, but this makes it a little too complex). So maybe there are something that is more optimal like: -optimized for B2C and/or startup usage -is some kind of 2.0 solution reinventing the whole workflow how to manage your CRM/marketing automation so everything is faster and more intuitive Any thoughts? Not sure how well I delivered my point here 😅

Hey Jalmari, my business provides a next-gen CRM platform for B2C businesses. It's quite different from Active Campaign, because it's not an email messaging system. Instead, it's focused on four separate customer segments: Visitors, Subscribers, Customers, and Members. It aligns various tools in the platform for each of these segments or cohorts, so you can meet each customer wherever they are in the customer lifecycle. It's built upon the foundation of a web-based digital wallet, with marketing, messaging, payments, CRM, and loyalty components, which you can use as needed. It's free to create a profile. There's no trial period, so you can continue to use the bulk of the platform at no cost. But some of the premium tools require an upgrade to a premium tier. Here's our funnel for new merchant signups, it has some videos and more info: https://get.wallet.inc/free-wallet If you sign up, we have a great support team that can guide you through any of the tools that you might want to use. Any questions at all, just let me know. Thanks.
Also, I suspect that the reason you’re looking for a new system, despite having years of experience with all these leading products is the result of a core flaw with email marketing. You’re probably already aware that email open rates are typically in the 10% range, while SMS messages have a 95%+ open rate. For this reason, we built our platform entirely up SMS messaging. If you sign up, I think you’ll find that using SMS and having a mobile-friendly UI for customers to interact with is a powerful combination, and likely to be the next-gen system you’re looking for.

Have you tried Wrike? I think that might work for your use case.
