Healthcare staffing. Our approach is an outsourced model where my 2 partners are highly skilled clinicians and help a cardiac program get back on its feet -OR- get up and running. Does that provide some clarity?

So, your two partners and you are providing services to cardiac program.

there will be 4 of us. myself, 2 cardiac surgery PA’s and a cardiac surgery administrator. I’ve been doing healthcare staffing myself for over 15 years. One of the PAs worked for me, and the other is within the top 1% as far as skill set. Pretty good combination for a start up IMO, but open to hearing thoughts around that.
