I've never used push notifications. Is there a software I have to buy to use it?

@Yonathan I'm assuming you have an app, right? In which case, you can have a dev code these. I'm not sure if there are any off-the-shelf solutions here, but as mentioned - I'm a strategist and not a technical person.
