Paid Facebook/LinkedIn Ads Question I'm trying to targeting "people who have recently been laid off" but that's not really an available data set. Any ideas on targeting strategies utilizing in-platform interest-based or behavioral-targeting to reach these folks?

I would start with keywords. People who get laid off will probably search things about finding new careers, what to do is laid off. On the plus side, I would say the majority of people on LinkedIn are not satisfied with their current jobs or our recruiters so it’s a fish-heavy stream.

@Dominick Cabal the best way to target them on Linkedin ads is the audience attributes ” Job seekers”. In audience attributes go to ” members traits” > Job seekers.
On Facebook ads you also have a bunch of interests related to this topic : job seekers, job site, etc…

Thanks @Kamel Ben Yacoub — yep we are using “job seekers” targeting already, but we were wondering if there are any other targeting for laid off specifically.
