User activity Ex. email outreach tool: # of emails found/sent via tool / user (+ over time)

User Activity, I think is pretty self explanatory why

NRR

Outside of user activity, we look at revenue generating activities/channels. Reason being to understand what is the most successful channel and then 5X or 10X efforts there. Others that aren't performing well we scrap or put less effort into.
