Only point I would question is the syndication of content. Are you planning to syndicate content that is also published on your own site?

The main point of the diamond method is to focus all of our articles in a multi-tier system. This way we can create highly refined content on our topical authority, exhausting category after category. As far as EAT is concerned, we have content guidelines drawn up that ensure that we do not fall out of our realm of competence. We are taking extra steps to ensure that we keep to our lane.
The syndication process is a bit more nuanced than simple duplication. For each channel we employ, a unique set off marketing objectives depending on the target demographic. For our main blog we are produce fresh content that is unique to our blog, primarily middle and bottom of the funnel. While on our other channels we are using top of the funnel content to scale our reach. At the moment out of our 160+ articles, we only have 10 syndicated. If we set a biweekly publication schedule for the next 12 months, that would be 100 articles published with out delay. We are already seeing fast growth for our newsletter, and consistency is key.
I like to imagine a converging Venn diagram when visualizing our syndication strategy. with the center being a controlled overlap.
