Hello SaaSiest! After 9 years working with tech and SaaS companies, I realized most have difficulties with the cost per lead from Google & LinkedIn Ads. Ads are still awesome, but it's always best to diversify your channels and get some leads from prospecting. I found lots of success with Cold Email Prospecting for SaaS companies and here are some tips to make this work well for you: 1- Understand your ICPs very well 2- Create different message sequences for each ICP 3- Use scraping tools like Apollo to scrape your ICP's emails 4- Use email cleaning/validation tool like Neverbounce to make sure your prospect's emails are validated and to lower bounce rates. 5- Make sure to not use your main domain name, so buy another domain and redirect it to your main website. 6- Warm up your email for at least 1 week with Lemwarm 7- Finally start sending cold emails, and make sure to start at just 10 emails/day and slowly increase up to max 100 emails/day We have been managing this very well for our SaaS clients, and if you require any help please reach out to me.

For #3 and #4 www.introhive.com is excellent if you're ICP is SMB, take a look at www.clearbit.com (think of it as 6sense for SMB).
