Howdy! How are folks doing message testing, without using the live website? I understand you can do the A/B test feature on a home page, for example, but I'm wondering if there are any tools or techniques like Wynter where you can put in A and B messages, and see what an audience things before rolling it out live ๐Ÿ™‚

Why not use your CAB if you have one. Focus group of top customers or set up 1:1 calls with ICP customers. It'll be faster and you'll get richer insight and feedback than A/B testing. DM if you'd like to talk this through.

Google optimize is free, you can split incoming traffic. There are also landing page builders you can use if you control the traffic (from Ads for example)

@Ryan Olestro any ideas for not using your website to test messaging? ๐Ÿ™‚

@Benjamin Boman I would use organic social media to test strategic messaging. Commit to one. Push it on social. You can also create one-off pages using unbounce or lead pages

Paid social and adwords are good places to test messaging, but keep in mind the goals of those platforms will be slightly different than the goals of your website so it's not 100% overlap. You can also do paid testing (there are a ton of vendors that offer this) if you want to test before the launch of a campaign or you are looking to do more of a big reveal.

Thank you @Deborah B. Milianes @Ryan Olestro. Deborah, do you have any vendors you recommend?

You can try Answerlab, but itโ€™s been a while so I donโ€™t think I know anyone there anymore. If you need help coming up with a test and learn strategy you can DM me.
