Hi folks! Is anyone here doing progressive profiling? If so, what tool or platform are you using and how are you implementing this strategy? What are you using the collected information for? Any doubts or struggles you're dealing with I should know of before getting started?

Marketing Cloud does it pretty well (salesforce) They have interactive email which is very good as they ask info to clients, and they updates the fields on the record leveraging data extensions. This could trigger other journeys or reward the customers who belongs to a loyalty program. Even Active Campaign does it something similar. If you want to learn more just let me know 😉
