Hey guys! My business grew from 0 to 60 users with 25 recurring users and only 1 paying user. How can I grow it and get more paying users?

maybe do some interviews and surveys on why & why not your users are paying. Is it the price of the subscription? or if they having trouble on finding values in your product?
