Hello Guys! I’ve been on the hunt for ways to connect with blue-collar managers in the US, specifically in industries like construction, manufacturing, and retail. Initially, I was sure that Facebook groups like Construction Professionals, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, or Retail Management Networks would be goldmines for this purpose. However, it turns out that these groups are mostly filled with members from the Asian community, while the American-focused ones have only a few members and are practically inactive. It seems like I’m at a dead-end here. Do you know of any communities where professionals can freely discuss American market issues, specifically in industries outside of online-based branches like ours? Your suggestions and insights will be much appreciated, and I’ll be forever grateful for your help! Thanks in advance and looking forward to your ideas! 💪

Reddit has a ton of niche communities and is not very popular among asian audiences

Also try industry associations. You may have more luck there.

Thanks @Christine Crandell! How do you get to them though? Do they run any online communities?

I start with Googling industry associations. Some list their members, some don't. For those that don't, I contact them (email or phone) and ask them if they partner or work with 3rd parties to open their members to studies, interviews, market research, etc.
