Hey everyone 👋, I’m the founder of SignalZen, a tool for managing customer support from Slack or Microsoft Teams. I wanted to reach out for experienced founders to give an advice on figuring out proper customer acquisition channels. So far the only really working is SEO, but that’s long term play and I’m a solo founder. Recently I started cold outreach by email campaign, but with already 1k reached out contacts, I get 0 interest. The product itself is bug free and I get great testimonials.
