This is a growth question only related to growing your company. But has anyone gone through recruiting/hiring recently? How do you go through 400+ resumes!?

I dont think you do. You select one quickly from a pile and take your chances. If things dont work out. You keep firing and hiring! Or you can hire a recruiter. And also do a lot of initial filtering. Most people fileter by asking them to submit few things. You might have seen few in the wild for sure. Keep filtering intitlaly to get to the smallest pile!

Have you used any AI tools to filter? Any thoughts around it?

I havnt hired anyone recently after any AI tools have launched. Dont know anything about it. Will surely get to know about it soon.

@Andy Hemmi - I used indeed.com and I liked the platform to some extent but it seems like the first several days my inbox was flooded with contractors and labor resellers.

Thanks @Duane Teeters - I am seeing a mass flooding too, and 75% of the time they aren't following the directions on the application either. Smaller startup based group like a slack channel?
