@Giorgio Gnoli From your customer journey and Landing page

On Landing Page i still struggle. >About the journey I can tell we made 7.5k just in 1 day thanks to a great journey (good referral automated method and good sales process)

But avove all, there's something called PERSONALIZATION. We can talk about this in the chat, if you'd like.
g
It's actually Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation. I know it very well

Great, actually personalization in the marketing is about creating 5 - 10 buyer personas, creating different Landing pages and ads with personalized messaging for each persona. Because people love to choose the product that fulfill the need of specific industry.

Landing page can be tricky. I use a multivariate micro sprint approach where I can test various elements, copy, and organization to hit faster conversion rates out the gate followed by more in depth testing to dissect key performance items.

@Ryan Johnson Absolutely, your approach of using multivariate micro sprints sounds really effective. I totally agree, being able to quickly test and adjust different components can make a huge difference in conversion rates right from the start. But like you said, it's just as important to take the time to dig into the data and really understand what's driving performance. I'm curious, have you seen any consistent trends or elements that consistently boost performance in your tests?
r
Nothing that is consistently consistent. I see it varies greatly by industry and product being offered. An easy one is on some pages, reviews higher on the page does better then pushing reviews lower below all the pain point/value props. I have also seen in the beginning having reviews higher up did better for early stage but as brand recognition grew in our core markets I was able to move the reviews further down page and it performed better (now we could be found on news sites, other publishers, etc so we didn't need to push social proof so quickly). I have seen there is a direct relevancy to awareness and order of info and general found credibility.
this also goes for the type of reviews you are displaying Example: knowing your a new company and there is a lot of concern or trust with your brand, reviews that talk about trust and the original fear resonate better then general service and as time changes you can change to other pain points to keep things relevant
