I've been testing with a different email marketing platform for a SaaS Product. I found these tools utterly inflexible when it comes to customization.
I was wondering whether there is a way to build such a solution by yourself to optimize the effort. Do you think it's worth it?

06/08/2023, 9:24 PMI tested HubSpot and Mailchimp. I also looked into GetResponse, ActiveCaimpaign, and similar platforms.
I would like to customize it based on actions that produce value for customers.
