Hey everyone - Curious if anyone has some tips for attending a conference as a vendor with a small booth? Any tips to make attending more impactful? Also any good swag tips outside of the normal pens, tees, etc?

How can you maximize in-booth time, and qualify leads?

I’ve had good success keeping custom-labeled spring water on the table behind me, offering it freely to folks to stop and engage, however briefly.

Having attended a few trade shows. I like when people have some sort of raffle if you leave your business card. That way you can get a bunch of contacts to email later.
The water idea is a good one.
If you can afford it you can also hire a free coffee set up to attract more people.
But overall I guess your stand and banner has to instantly convert people to self qualify. if it's just a name an a guy with a laptop it's not very appealing.
The banner should hook the passerby to ask you questions.

Hi @Joey Labriola
Companies generally opt for a product video- demo/ explainer- which can quickly showcase the benefits of the product & highlight the features that will solve the perspective customers' painpoint.
This will help in differentiating the product from the sea of other products in the event by delivering a quick value proposition to your target audience.
We’ve done this for over 120 tech companies around the globe. It almost always works.
