I am leading growth at a B2B software development agency and my single and only key metric right now is to get new leads from anywhere? some of the channels I am using are • linkedin reachouts • cold email campaigns • whatsapp/reddit/slack communties but still no significant results, personally I feel our website is another blocker labs.grorapid.com any feedback on this would of great help. open to connect and discuss new ideas.

Hey. I run a design agency. You have a few things working against you: • Your website feels very template-y with your illustration images, and overall esthetic • You have no real photos or full name of past customers; which doesn’t help me to trust you. I need to know if these ppl are real or if you made them up like 99% of websites • You do not talk about results delivered or key success metrics. Super important • Your calendar shows too many availabilities for the rest of the month. It’s a turn-off because it makes it feel like your business isn’t busy enough and no one is using you. If no one is using you, why is that? Do you stuck at the task? Instead change your calendar settings to only show the next 14 rolling days
