Jokes aside, I've been doing tons of audits lately.
It blows my mind how much budget is being wasted needlessly.
The 3 biggest gaps I see are in these categories:
1. Technical configuration
Wrong objective.
Wrong bidding.
Wrong audiences.
Etc.
2. Creative configuration
Wrong strategy.
Wrong mix of assets.
Wrong process for iteration.
Etc.
3. Architectural configuration
Wrong funnel.
Wrong content sequencing.
Wrong alignment.
Etc.

Some of these things are easy to fix.
Many of them will take time.
But I'd say that, on average, I can save an account between 20-99% of ad spend waste in less than 20 mins.
