Hey everyone! I’ve got a quick question for our community, especially those of you based in the US. 🇺🇸 We’ve been noticing something intriguing with our SaaS tool, Unrubble. For those who aren’t familiar, Unrubble is all about simplifying staff scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and managing PTOs. Here’s the puzzle: We’re getting a ton of sign-ups (shoutout to Google Ads for the boost!), but we’re seeing a surprisingly low conversion to paid accounts. So, here’s my ask: Could the fact that Unrubble is based outside the US be a turn-off for potential customers (we’re from Poland)? I’m really curious to hear your thoughts on this. Your insights would be incredibly valuable, and in return, I’m more than happy to offer my two cents on any tool you’re using. Plus, I could feature your tool on our blog, which has a pretty broad reach within the US audience. Looking forward to your thoughts and advice! Let’s help each other grow! Cheers!

I would start trying to talk to the sign ups > try whatever you can to get them on a call. It can be many things: • Miss-aligned expectations • Your tool needs a long sales cycle • They are not the decision maker

I agree with Jordan , it is either you are attracting the wrong audience or the audience isn’t experiencing the value right away or the incentive to move to a paid account isn’t too great . Also figure out if PLG is working for you . In says tools that need a long trial period , sometimes you will need a sales motion to support your PLG effort

Could be the messaging mismatch that people signed up for and what the people are being offered in the tool. I have worked with a product built in poland and have helped them scale easily in US, UK and ANZ. Its usually the messaging. I would also ask my founder or the product folks to DM the signups on Linkedin to find the issue.

@Magdalena Krzemieniewska, here's what you can do, try to analyze why you're users convert to free and paid account and try to figure out where's the point where you are loosing them, sounds reasonable?

@Magdalena Krzemieniewska If you're seeing good sign-ups but low conversion to paid... the underlying issue is likely to be your onboarding experience. E.g. your onboarding emails. Are you making it easy for users to achieve their 'aha' moment using Unrubble? Do you know what your first aha moment is? Analyse your emails and in-app tour. Get customer feedback on it. 🧐 LMK if you have any follow-up thoughts or q's!
