Have you seen purchasing confidence shift negatively within your target customers due to the economic shifts of late? How are you tackling it?

Yes, it is a challenge I would say, the best way to tackle it in my opinion is adapting your offer based on the economic shift. I think that the economic shift can be an opportunity for a lot of companies if they play their cards right.

It is also dependent majorly on the service / product being offered. Personally I still think there is a lot of business opportunity available.

Yeah, of course there is still plenty of opportunity. Beyond that, I’m keen to talk tactics if anyone is shifting explicitly in B2B SaaS Marketplace efforts.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts as well. A few things that have worked for us in terms of tactics: 1. Positioning as a cost cutting solution and higher efficiency solution 2. Positioning as a non cookie cutter solution (offering custom solution and personalisation) in terms of service. I'm building Tealbox Digital. The above findings have allowed us to really build higher retention with our customers and quicker onboardings
