I'd like to hear your feedback on this topic, How do you deal with when a prospect requests assurance, a surety bond, for their data security protection? Our SaaS agreement defines how we handle data, resources, employees, and contracts, and we also have Data Privacy Policy and access control policy. never had this request from prior clients, so I thought to ask if anyone had had such a situation before. Thanks!

I've not personally heard of a request for a bond. Can you not tick this box by providing relevant (cyber) insurance details?
