Daily Growth Question: Why is product-market fit so critical and have you already found your product-market fit?
The answer is simple: Your team cannot afford to prioritize other key strategic objectives such as growth before building a product for which enough people are willing to pay. Those efforts may be futile unless you first decide that your product has a large enough market to sustain itself and generate a profit.

Not just willing to pay for the product, but willing to pay for it at the full price point (positive unit of economics). Also, if it's a subscription type of product/service, customers must be willing to stay subscribed and continue paying at the full price point without any monetary incentives (at the very least matching the payback period). If all these factors are checked, then one has truly achieved product-market fit 💫
