Hey everyone ✌️ I have a question about outbound marketing. Is it normal that closing rate is not as big in SaaS companies as it is in some other industries. Since buying a CRM system for your business is a big decision and it is required to go on few internal meetings to make a final decision. Our demo rate is 1-1.5% but closing rate is much lower then this.

Close rate is usually measured as a percentage of qualified opportunities, not raw traffic conversion
What's your close rate of qualified opps? I usually would like to see 35% or higher

Agree with Barry on this one - 35-45% would be considered best in class.

Hey Nick and Craig. What does qualified opportunity mean, and how you decide if you should put certain person in under that title?
