3. The site design is nice but lacks a lot of the touches that make it look professional (e.g., effective layout, proportionate font-sizing/spacing/leading). I think by far the easiest way to make a site look great is by adapting existing templates. I primarily use a paid offering: TailwindUI, but there are free alternatives as well. Personally, I think my marketing and app pages are much stronger design-wise(and faster to build!) because of it. Design matters primarily because a lack of it looks unprofessional and reduces user trust. It’s a big part of the first-impression you make on your potential customers.

4. Probably the biggest piece of feedback: You don’t seem to be using these pop-ups on your own site?!? This seems like a massive missed opportunity to me. If they’re not ready for production, could you fake one until you can put together a final version somehow? As long as it looks nice enough, it doesn’t have to be “real” on the backend.
