I am going for a seed round and want to lay out all of our expensees.....Except I need to live and don't know how much to give myself from the raise. Even though we wont be profitable for 2-3 years. What should I do or set aside Thanks

What Adam said. Depending on your equity size and the deal dynamics, sometimes a modest refresh grant subject to vesting will also align you with your investors. They want to see you have skin in the game and tying your financial success to the company’s is putting your money where you mouth is.
