We have email base and shops URL to propose our product

And how's it doing till now? Coz that's a sort of cold method

Sure, we have our content creator that working there and quite successful but not in french part of reddit

Anything not working on reddit is mostly coz you might not targeting the right and prospective audience. Reddit, in terms of this is one of the best platforms to gain a nice user base. I am confident about my words coz I work on reddit solutions and french market is quite active on it.

Hahah, communication is not a big worry when people know you can solve their problems. Your set of audience will find a way themselves if you know what they want. I have been working and building tools on reddit since last 4 years and it has been an amazing experience engaging with people from various parts of the world.
