Hi everyone! Working with our data and we found that our accept charge rate is going down every month, any ideas on how to improve that? The majority of customers we lost at the pricing page and then numbers are quite stable around 97% going till the end, at the pricing page drop is around 45%. Any feedbacks will be appreciated

The basic, but not super helpful answer is that you haven’t built your value enough or the traffic you are getting doesn’t have a strong enough motivation to buy. It depends on what you want to do. Have you thought of creating a freemium version? Then marketing to them to get them to buy the full SaaS? That’s one way

The answer is clear they dont feel the value is equivalent to the price. Add more value by nurturing your leads by content also Test freemium
